Cleaning includes kitchen cabinet interiors, refrigerator and oven interiors, counters, backsplash, sink and other agreed surfaces. We move refrigerators and stoves to clean behind them when safe; appliances that cannot be moved safely remain in place.
We clean bathroom cabinet interiors, bathrooms, baseboards, doors, light switches, fans and interior window glass according to the agreed scope. Carpets are vacuumed; suitable hard floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Window screens, opening-window tracks, blind cleaning, wall cleaning, balcony and patio cleaning, garage cleaning, pressure washing and carpet washing are quoted separately.
General exterior window cleaning is not included. Accessible balcony, patio or deck-facing glass and glass doors may be cleaned on request. All exterior work depends on suitable weather and safe access. Liquid-based cleaning cannot proceed where freezing conditions make it unsafe or impractical.
