Only what is needed to help
The quote form asks for your service needs, address, preferred timing and contact details so the team can review the work and respond. Photos and additional notes are optional. Please do not include access codes, payment information or other sensitive documents.
Optional address suggestions
When suggestions are enabled, the address text you type is sent through our server to Geoapify to find matching Canadian addresses, before you submit the form. Contact details and photos are not sent for address searches. You can ignore suggestions and enter or correct every address field yourself. See Geoapify’s privacy policy.
Review comes first
A request does not confirm a booking or price. Information is used to prepare your request for the owner’s review and follow-up. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your request goes
Your request, including any photos, is saved securely on our website server and copied into Jobber, the scheduling system Ten X Cleaning uses to manage clients and quotes (see Jobber’s privacy policy). The owners are notified by email that a request is waiting for review; that email contains no customer details.
How long we keep it
The website server keeps its copy of a request for 90 days after it was delivered to Jobber or closed by the owner, then deletes it. The Jobber record is kept as part of normal business records. Write to info@tenxcleaningservices.ca to have your information removed sooner or to ask how it is used.
Messages from the contact page
A message sent from the contact page is emailed to Ten X with your name and email address so we can reply. It is not stored on the website beyond the outgoing mail queue, and it does not create anything in Jobber.
Visit counts
Our own server counts page visits so we know which pages are useful. It uses no cookies and no third-party analytics, and it does not store your address or device details: only daily totals per page and the site that referred you are kept, for 90 days.
